No. Each model has subtly different configuration details, so moving a backup from one model to another will not work.
You can probably selectively copy/paste certain parts of your config, but some things are not safe to move over verbatim -- depends on a bunch of things.
The general guidance is to simply use your current router as a reference and then manually re-create that config on the new one.
Basically, don't do it unless you know what you're doing. If you restore a wrong network or wireless file, you will end up with a device you can't access so you'll have to reset it again.
I find this to be true, personally, but I'm quite accustomed to the way that OpenWrt configurations work. In truth, I actually directly edit the text files.
If you don't currently know how to do this, it will not be faster than reproducing the config via LuCI, and it certainly won't be easier. However, it is a good learning opportunity.
