Is your country code set properly? Are you using a dfs channel?

Your country codes are not consistent. I'm not exactly sure what effect this will have, but you should make sure it is consistent and (critically) the right code for your region.
Turn off these two options.
You may want to use 20MHz channels here... just in case you have neighboring APs that are creating lots of noise.
Likewise, consider using a much lower bandwidth -- try 40MHz channels instead. Also make sure you are not in a DFS channel range.
