[AX23] Wan and Eth0 NETDEV Timeouts

Ive got a TPlink AX23 flashed with the latest snapshot builds and ive noticed over the past week or so the router will stop working almost everyday

Lan devices can't talk to the web or wireless devices
Wireless devices can talk to the router but not the web, this is how i got the logs because i was able to restart the interfaces through my phone

Looking at the logs I see theres a ton of transmit queue issues

wan: NETDEV WATCHDOG: CPU: 2: transmit queue 1 timed out 40340 ms
eth0: NETDEV WATCHDOG: CPU: 0: transmit queue 6 timed out 39850 ms

These are spammed continuously until i reboot the BR-lan interface

When this happens PPPoE also fails with UNKNOWN_USER Request

Will my config be compatible with that??

Dunno, probably, but I'm not sure.
