The scripts installed in OpenWrt's autoconf, automake, and libtool packages are getting installed without execute permissions. This breaks quite a few build and configure systems that tend to soft-link to the scripts and try and execute them.
The scripts in the following folders need to be executable:
- /usr/share/automake-1.16
- /usr/share/autoconf/Autom4te
- /usr/share/libtool/build-aux
