Auto Failover across different WAN interfaces

I have a teltonika X11 that runs RUTOS a fork of openwrt. It has auto failover capability built in. For Instance I can have the ethernet WAN connection failover to a wifi wan connection and then an LTE wan connection if the others go down. There are configurable timeouts and targets.

I can't find this functionality in openwrt. maybe I am not looking in the right place. Can anyone point me to the similar functionality in openwrt so I can configure a WRT3200ACM to failover the WAN connection to a wifi connection or LTE dongle in the event my service goes down. Right now my BT FTTP service is down and teh BT Assure dongle is providing this capability in the BT Business Hub. SO we are getting our internet via the WRT3200ACM using the 2.4Ghz radio as a client to the BT Business Hub and the 5Ghz radio for wifi clients to the Linksys.

Many thanks had missed the failover bit and saw that as a load balancer.
