I am attempting to use Attended Sysupgrade, but I'm receiving an error.
Is the service down?

If I try to open the homepage in a browser, I receive this error message:
# This page isn’t working

Yeah, Paul reset the server about an hour after you posted: https://github.com/openwrt/asu/issues/663
Looks like the ASU server is ok, but there's a build breakage with the libubox package (at least on some platforms):
* pkg_hash_check_unresolved: cannot find dependency libubox20231128 for mtd
