ATSAMA5D27 - Reboot error using SD

We develop a router with openwrt using ATSAMA5D27-SOM1 booting from SD but in some routers when we send a soft reset with command reboot the following message is displayed

SD: Card Capacity: High or Extended
SD: Specification Version 3.0X
SDHC: Error detected in status
* FATFS: f_read: error
SD/MMC: Failed to load image

If I turn off and on the router works

Any idea what is happening

Doesn't the error come before you actually start loading the openwrt kernel? From the boot loader?

Yes the error come as you mention

then it's probably not an openwrt issue....
