Ath10k packages

I have a set of Mikrotik ipq4019 devices running latest owrt, that kick my debian laptop very frequently off AC, although android devices remain connected. N band on the laptop is fine though.
Outdoors I use a mikrotik ath79 on latest owrt that exhibits none of the ipq4019 shenanigans. I'm looking at 4019 as culprit.
All AP's host 3 SSIDs that are vlan'd to an R2S with same owrt. That switch setup is old and works fine, even during my ROS period. I also use WPA2-EAP, no TLS.

Question:
I want to try the non-candela drivers on my ipq4019's.

But I'm not sure what I have to install / what to remove and in what sequence ?

thanks for any advice

Select your device in https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/, click the tiny customizing arrow.

Delete (put a - in front of them) at10*-ct packages, add the same non-ct packages, and request a build.

Reflash using the generated sysupgrade image.
