Hello friends,
I am using Asus RT-AX53U router.I have installed Openwrt prevoiusly and everything was running fine.
Then i installed Asus stock firmware without any issue.
Again I reverted to Openwrt firmware.But this time 5GHz band is not working properly.(Previously it was running fine)
None of my devices is able to see the 5ghz band. I tried to install factory.bin and sysupgrade.bin of 22.03.5 and 23.05.2 firmwares. But none of them is showing 5ghz band.
I installed using Asus Firmware Restoration tool to install these Openwrt firmwares by installing kernel.bin first and then later updating to the desired version of Openwrt firmware because ssh method is not working.
When ever i tried to install openwrt via mtd command in ssh, router boots to stock firmware.
I dont know where i am wrong.I dont know about linux stuff much....
So please help me to figure out why my 5ghz band was is not working.(5ghz band is working on Asus stock firmware)..
Any help would be appreciated...

set the same country code as in asus firmware
most likely the ofw added some new variables in the nvram partition - most likely related to country code
You have to reset configuration upgrading from 22 to 23
