I wanna ask is possible mod firmware of ASUS DSL-AC55U to allow me to choose vdsl mode 35a? Or is it HW limited? My ISP doesnt support 30a at all.

https://openwrt.org/toh/start would clarify if you device is supported by OpenWrt at all, if it's not listed (as explicitly supported) there, then it isn't - and your question wouldn't even apply.
That out of the way, super-vectoring (as in profile 35a) has quite higher demands on the modem ASIC and rf chains than 'mere' vectoring (like profile 17b or 30a), this generally requires new (and significantly faster/ better) hardware.
