Hello! This seems to suggest that you are running a Russian script trying and failing to set up routes on a VPN. That may or may not be the root of your problems, it's difficult to troubleshoot a system that comes preloaded with multiple far reaching customizations.
Try setting up a clean, default install of an official release of OpenWrt and get that connected to your ISP before setting up any additional software or scripts on top of it. You can do that once your internet connectivity is established in a satisfactory manner.

You are still not starting with a blank slate. Again, start from a clean, default OpenWrt without any additional software installed. Only set up internet connectivity. Install VPNs and other software after your ISP connection is established in a satisfactory manner.
Also, let the system log fill until your internet connection is established. Neither you nor we can see the problem yet.
I put a clean firmware OpenWRT without additional plug-ins, the problem remains, wan port rises from 8 to 15 minutes, asus logo is red, I checked on another provider, wan port turns on instantly, and the logo is green, I asked the provider with whom I have problems connecting, he said that they are fine, and shows that connects within 40 seconds, what could be the problem?
Interesting. By default, OpenWrt does not react to WAN connectivity with LEDs. What exactly is the OpenWrt image you installed, and how do you connect to the internet? See @psherman's post above.
