Regarding FOTA you can try:

AT+GTOTA=?

+GTOTA=<type>,<"url">[,<"filenamefilename">,< "usernameusername">,< "passwordassword">]

You need to have access to a server with the firmware.

FW is available on Mikrotik server, but do you know what the "type" setting should be?
