Arris SB8200, no UART? How to continue

Hey i hope you are doing fine.
I am following up on this
https://medium.com/tenable-techblog/arris-cable-modem-teardown-5e294b7007eb
and this
https://openwrt.org/docs/techref/hardware/soc/soc.broadcom.bcm33xx
The SDK for this platform and OEM firmware.

And i'd like to move over to this project, and getting this device enabled for OpenWrt, and maybe a binary blob for the modem.
Worked fine so far for a TP-Link EAP AP to get it running.
But in this case i have an issue, there is no UART, or i don't see any.
What are my options to assess this device and do further testing?
I could remove the nand flash and read the chip contents, but some folks have done it before, and without console i don't think that's a feasible way to do testing.
Have you guys any options for me?

BR,

Other side.

DOCSIS is not supported at all on OpenWrt, and it probably never will be.

As for the rest of the functions, check to see what chipsets are in use:

https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-developer/add.new.device

Fwiw, this will never happen.
