Are there any download statistics available for the firmware and the packages? Not that I really need it, but it is kind of interesting to see which devices and which apps are (becoming) popular.

Some time ago I have seen the download statistics. It seems that the link to the stats has disappeared from the site.
Perhaps not live, but maybe a monthly/yearly snapshot would be interesting.
Hopefully someone with better info will reply but I think the stats info went away when they switched to a CDN provider to offload the heavy load on the origin servers. I think the admins can probably see the info in their CDN console but there isn't any republishing of those stats. Maybe my reply gives you more info to search the forum with and there may also be info on the admin mailing list archives.

Would be interesting if they could grab the info and publish it every so often. Not sure who has access?
