why i cannot find it in the buildroot?

Maybe you need to search in menuconfig, as the kmods are a bit scattered in the menus.

You can actually search pretty easily in buildroot menuconfig: press "/" (slash) to start search and then just write the string to search for, e.g. acompress, in the dialog box.
