Archer c7 v4 - Factory Snapshot

Hi,

I am using archer c7 v4.

I am already using LEDE but I notice some instability so I wanna install a factory snapshot over it. While I was doing that through the LUCI, there is a "The uploaded image file does not contain a supported format." error.

System Upgrade snapshot works, factory snapshot doesn't.

Factory is going from TP-Link stock firmware to LEDE.
