i am using a archer c7 v2 with relayd, its working fine if u use 2.4ghz to connect to the main root router's wifi , then i see both 2.4 and 5ghz networks to connect to from my laptop or mobile.
but if i use 5ghz to connect to root router's wifi , then the 5ghz stops working for clients and wont show up on my laptop or mobile and i can only see the 2.4ghz and connect to it.
