Archer C59 v2 doesn't work after 21.02 flashed

My router had 19.07.8 and everything worked fine.
I got a firmware from https://openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/archer_c59 and flashed file openwrt-21.02.1-ath79-generic-tplink_archer-c59-v2-squashfs-factory.bin and uncheck "Keep settings" button.
Now my router doesn't have any connections. Only Power and USB LEDs work.
If I press reset button and power on router, Power and share LEDs work, my PC sees network is up, but address 192.168.1.1 doesn't response to ping and ssh

Shouldn't update openwrt with a factory image, but sysupgrade ...

Try to recover using the TFTP install procedure.

Thanks, TFTP works.
I was using tftpd64 for my PC
