Using 17.01.1 i noticed different wifi power level on my pc when setting different power levels on router's Network -> Wireless -> Edit wifi interface -> Transmit power, once updated to 17.01.3 any change won't result in a different level on the client as if the router is now always at max output power.
Updated to latest release not keeping the settings and restoring them once updated.
