Archer c20 v5 factory.bin file is not avaiable

i cant find the factory.bin file of archer c20 v5. only sysupgrade file is avaiable. i previously installed openwrt on this device and it was supported by openwrt. what happened suddenly?

i have to create the factory image using those commands using ssh( for example- putty) ? right?

To run the dd command, you will need a device running a Linux distribution or OpenWrt.
There is dd for windows but I have never used it.

If you are going to use another OpenWrt device, be sure to upload both images to the /tmp directory.

If the device is still running an old version of OpenWrt, you can directly flash the sysupgrade image without saving the current configuration.
