Well, now a new issue showed up ... The router will boot with USB and I use the same new version 24.10 for SysupGrade, ok… but after uploading and installation, router doesn't boot like before(with usb) ... that is, it doesn't save anything from these operations.(No changes to settings will be stored and are lost after rebooting)
Just to clarify , you booted the router from USB, installed the OpenWrt sysupgrade file via webui, removed the USB, and then rebooted, but now the router isn’t booting or something? ![]()

You mentioned that no settings are saved and everything resets after a reboot, that suggests there could be a problem with the storage🤔
If you didn’t remove the USB before rebooting, the router will boot from the USB again, no matter what firmware is installed on the router. And any settings you save won’t actually be saved. Remove the USB first, then power off or reboot, and power it on again.
Are there any LED lights on? What colors and which LEDs exactly?Can you connect to the router using a LAN cable?
And also, did you follow the Expanded MTD layout guide? If you did, then you’ll need to set up USB boot again.But since you said OpenWrt flashed successfully, it should boot without any issues now.
