I know that the Mikrotik-OS is nothing for beginners.

You can install LEDE on ]some of the Mikrotiks as well

guess i dont want that. The Mikrotik is not realy human usable 
but it should work.
I cant rate the performance between thsi two devices.

IMO Mikrotik has much better GUI and therefore all of it's features are more accessible. I find setting up/editing firewall rules or monitoring realtime traffic much easier with Mikrotik. Also, RouterOS is probably more stable (varies from build to build).
I use LEDE (on RB493AH) because I wanted to run squid, DNS adblocker and probably the best qdisc currently available - cake.
With that said I probably would not recommend running LEDE on Mikrotik- if you're beginner - because there's no easy way to keep it up to date.
So sysupgrade is not supported? I wasn't aware of that.
