My TP Link MR3420(v2) eeprom was damaged. That means I cannot read anything from it even with EEPROM programmer.
Which means my ART partition also gone 
I have a new winbond chip (same size 4MB, bought for an arduino project ), hope it can be used as a replacement.
Can anybody please share a complete eeprom dump or steps to fix this?
