Android device not connecting

There's two devices in my network that can't connect to wifi, the phone is a motorola one macro, the router a GL.inet S-1300. I am running OpenWRT 21.02.5, I tried the 23.03.2 version and had the same problem. On another network I have a TP-link WDR4300 with 23.03.2 and the connection is great with all devices.
It's a default installation of openWRT with no additional software installed, no servers, no open ports...
With the forked version of firmware of GL.inet it works with that android device.

Change your encryption to WPA2 Personal (PSK). WPA3 is not always well supported, and WPA2/3 mixed mode can cause problems with many devices

Also set your country code.

Now my pinephone is not connecting anymore...it was working fine with arch, yesterday I switched to mobian and wifi does not connect at all, today I installed postmarket OS to see how it is going, same thing no wifi at all.
It works with the RJ45 cable with an adapter.
It works on another router I have on another network, a tplink wdr4300 with 23.02
