Alix2 board root fs is RO

I want to switch from OpenWRT to LEDE on the Alix2 (PC-Engines) board.

Did build a own image but after booting the root FS is only mounted RO, the board is using a SD card on a PATA bus.
Do I need to change it in the GRUB boot loader, or later in the boot process.

Thanks for reading
Fred

Check dmesg for clues. Is the root filesystem detected as corrupted? Did you flash an ext4 or a squashfs image?

Hi Jow, did found the next lines in the kernel log:
[ 4.359983] EXT4-fs (sda2): warning: mounting unchecked fs, running e2fsck is recommended
.........
[ 7.184659] EXT4-fs error (device sda2): ext4_lookup:1583: inode #264: comm ls: deleted inode referenced: 265

Looks like a bad disk, did a new (complete) rebuild and copy to SD card. Nou it is running without problems!
Think I maybe forgot, this time, to sync the disk after the dd.

Thanks!!
