Hello,
In menuconfig, the menu "Advanced configuration options (for developers)" is completely empty. I have followed this page, and it compiles fine.
What should I do to enable the options? For example, I would like to use GCC9.

Did you hit the Spacebar so it shows as [*] in front of "Advanced configuration options"? Only then you'll be able to enter the submenu.

It can be confusing because, depending on the platform, SOME submenus will still be empty even after checking them
