I may be stating the obvious, but given the slightly fuzzy question, I'd still like to raise the fact that your TP-Link TL-MR3020 doesn't have an integrated xDSL modem - so you will need an external/ dedicated ADSL modem in front of your TL-MR3020's WAN port.
