Adguard dhcp server not able to enable

ok thanks, no ports! The adguards dns adress was already in there (after the 6,). Among 2 others. Should i remove the others to only have the adguards dns left ? or do other entry's not affect the auto dns assign (dhcp) function ? Anything else i need to do for the auto dns assigning to my clients ?

I don't know what other entries you have and why. If you only want to use Adguard Home as your main DNS for your network, it should be the only 6,x.x.x.x entry in there.

Ok thanks again Dante,
As a standard i had, with the 6,x.x.x.x being the adguard one:
3,x.x.x.x
6,x.x.x.x
15,xxx

So this should be it ? all set for dns autoasign (adguards one) via dhcp ?
so the numbers are describing a function, and the adress is the adress for that function, so 6, means dns ? what do 3, and 15, mean if i am assuming this correct?

Those are DHCP Option numbers. See the full list supported by dnsmasq by running this command at the command line:

dnsmasq --help dhcp

thanks! i can see the list now, great to see the options.

You don't need to set options 3 and 15 explicitly, just leave option 6.
