That's strange - the OEM kernel is likely started (that's why you see Console Disable message). And OEM firmware restores uboot env partition from backup if CRC doesn't match. probably you had your backup partition damaged somehow?

I guess you need to try to trip uboot to console via shorting jtag's TX or RX (i'm not sure which)

Look at my earlier posts here about that. I was not able to reliably reproduce it, but yes, metal piece between TX and gnd during early boot stages. Be VERY careful with that

No, I'm trying to make wifi usable first. Current state is not good at all. Without proper BDFs this router is worse than my old AC router.

I don't have any issue with WIFI with your newest BDF file, what kind of issue you have?

My main problem is it doesn't work on channel 100 with 160mhz width channel. It's one of the least congested channels here. Second best would be uni-3 channels working, but again last 4 channels are locked by bdf and openwrt devs just brush that issue off.

still have some issue with upload speed
i am using a zte 5g router as a modem , for my main router, which is asus rog gt ax6000, which get about 400dl/ 100 ul

but with cr1000a, the download throughput is fine , but download speed is only about 25mbps (The testing client using is usb-c adapter with macbook , macbook ax wifi , and iphone 12 pro)

checked with double nat issue by changing the zte into bridge mode , no difference in upload speed, any recommended settings to change with ?

How do you connect the devices? PC/laptop->Cr1000a (wifi? Lan? ) -> cr100a wan -> main router (lan?) -> 5g modem (usb?)

I believed it is some firewall rules conflict with upstream router , but nothing special in system log

Rule would block it off completely. Unless u have some kind of traffic shaping/limiting on zte . Check ifconfig to see if there are any rx/rx errors

Looks like some limiter on zte size. May be by IP?

the limiter does not exists on my other routers connect to zte

try with netgear wax206 openwrt, asus rog-ax6000, as well as linksys mr9600, all of them getting higher throughput from ethernet.

tried to clone mac address from one of them, but no hope, still getting limited throughput
