Hi guys,
I was adding support for the LT700 POE version...
The cudy team was so nice to send me the intermediate version. I will test the device the next weeks on production.

If anyway wants to give a first try, you find the PR here:

This is great, I just bought a Cudy LT700 outdoor, and found out that LTE passthrough mode for IPv4 is unavailable. Would this work with this OpenWRT firmware?

If it works in general on OpenWrt (I have never tested it), it will also work on the lt700... At least I assume so - because that should be anyway software based. But I have never tried it... Worth giving a shot? I would appreciate first testers anyway ...

Yes, I am more than willing to flash my LT700 with OpenWRT.

Edit: I am currently compiling and will post my results here.

Yes, it compiles and works for me. I also installed luci-proto-ncm to be able to edit the wwan inteface.

I have not managed to get it into bridge or passthrough mode, I will try this tomorrow.

I have two WAN connections at home: One DOCSIS / cable and one LTE as backup.

Behind the cable modem and LTE modem is an OPNsense firewall, which does failover. It is simply nice to have two public IPs on both WAN interfaces, because I also VPN in quite a lot.

I have a public IP on the LTE interface, which I want to pass through to the OPNsense box. I have tried for a few hours now, but with no success.

ok got it...
My use-case is simple: Two devices (lte and fiber) ...and I created a vlan on the cudy that acts as a lte wan gateway. So I added routing,fw rules here. The normal lan of the cudy has no routing to lte wan anymore and I use it only to access the device itself:-)

@quen if the devices works for you... can you reply on github with your tested tag? I would appreciate it to get faster feedback from the maintainers!
