FYI, in case it is missed on GitHub: I updated to the latest rebase and again found that the ath11k:=frame_mode=2 encapsulation offload setting broke ath11k WDS client. I didn't test if ath11k WDS AP is affected too.
Reverting this restored functionality.
The latest 8d5b8bf rebase is working fine for me otherwise.
@robimarko thanks for your work!
It would be nice to have archive with packages and kmods in GitHub action artefacts. Users will be able to install any necessary kmod manually. What do you think about extending config for autobuilds on GitHub?
CONFIG_ALL_KMODS=y
CONFIG_ALL_NONSHARED=y
I though about that, but it would.take days for actions to build then

Mhhh they are testing firmware so seems overkill to build all packages

Not a problem. Each test fw user will continue making own builds. Let's keep our carbon footprints.

@Ansuel
I have been using your patch to increase internal storage on AX3600 for months.
Always applied on top of robimarko's build but after newest updates build fails.
Can you please look into it ?

Can you put the build error?

@LOS -- Was the initramfs that you installed via sysupgrade for the first "conversion" ubinized image?
The context for this question:
I can't build even without the patch. I guess due to some changes in feeds.
At the start of the main build (make command):

It's just a new kernel flag to add to the ignore list
echo '# INPUT_PM8941_PWRKEY is not set' >> target/linux/generic/config-5.15 ?
@Edrikk : I also use for 3 months single image, follow steps that @Ansuel briefly desctibed here: https://github.com/Ansuel/openwrt/commit/e2f8b8b65ffb9931c0a644f6c9ae30990284ebf1 (read it carefully before proceed!)
the prebuild images (including initramfs image for conversion can be found here: https://github.com/Ansuel/openwrt/releases/tag/ipq807x-2022-07-01

So @Ansuel I guess the Q is for you
Were the initramfs images ubinized?
If not there’s a gap somewhere here in that they should not have been installable, but they were force installed and “worked”…
Ansuel

Yes but it was wrong so initramfs image didn't work in tftpboot from uboot.
Why the question?
@robimarko random question... With the mtd tweak to use an alternative partition table, it would be hard to migrate a double fw to single Fw?
Edrikk

Just validating. It wasn’t clear (although Robi guessed it) if that was the case or not.
Thank you!
Pretty much the same as if flashing from stock

I've noticed the same issue on mine, sometimes I can associate but can't get DHCP, and switching to my other AP (OpenWRT on Mi Wifi Mini on a different vlan) works. Then after sometime it resolves itself. On a Quest 2 using WPA3/AX and a Macbook using AC.
I haven't done enough troubleshooting to confirm the problem isn't elsewhere, but eagerly watching to see if it's the same issue.

@Edrikk On second device - yes. Flashed ubinized image through sysupgrade.
@Ansuel Sorry for late reply I'm at home just for second but only error seen in debug log:

Unfortunately I don't have nearly any spare time in last week so I didn't look at it more deeply.

Hi, Is it possible to have a wifi 802.11ax client and a wifi 802.11ax AP on 5ghz at the same time as different VLANs with this openwrt image?

Don't know about perf but the card supports it in theory
