Seems so, as RAX120 is one of the cheap IPQ8074-s and thats 350 EUR regular price.
AX89X which has a SFP+ port is like 450EUR.
There really isnt anything similar, this thing is actually cheaper than IPQ60xx based boards which are meant to replace IPQ40xx and are 2x2 only with stripped peripherals.
On the other hand its handicaped IPQ8074A core with much lower clocks, but still the price is unbeatable.
And yeah, it looks like they did this so fast that they actually followed the reference board without any ridicolous cost cutting like they usually do.
