I have tried about the way of unlocking ssh for redmi ax6000,but it's not working.

Qualcomm AX isn't supported by openwrt atm.
Search for QCA807x here at the forum, for the most recent status.

incomplete, since some devices supported in snapshot aren't listed yet.
TLDR; you need to buy MediaTek for AX support.
QCA8081 is an Ethernet PHY (RB5009UG has it e.g.). Or were you thinking about the IPQ807x platform QCA uses for AX?
