I have sfp nokia g-010s-a and i want to install openwrt on it so is there any guide or tutorial

Not supported.

AFAIK no Nokia devices are.

You're pretty much out of luck, this Intel/Lantiq chipset is not supported in modern OpenWrt versions. There are a bunch of other sites dealing with firmwares and mods of this module, though.
