2024 anyone working ? trying here they said v2 v3 and v4 same driver still no hope ?
It works but not on OpenWrt. I managed to enable v3 on my old TP-Link WR1043ND with ImmortalWrt, just google it, it's an OpenWrt fork with patches/hacks. You just need to install firmware from Luci, and that's all.

I found solution just upgrade the kernel on openwrt or reyre its working but the minus side internal wifi is off on me
