Add Support for TP-Link Archer C1200 V3

I would like to have support for routers like these, especially for cheap routers, so that openwrt can be more easily accessible to many types of routers just like this one.

I'm also bringing up a previous post previous post from 4 years ago where there has already been interest for this router to have an openwrt firmware

According to WikiDevi, it's a Broadcom-based device. While you should be able to run OpenWrt, there is not much hope for WiFi.

i understand. would you recommend any alternative routers that are officially supported by openwrt?
