Doesn't look very good
What's your access technology? You're using interface eth1, what's that?
I almost forget about SQM, @Vaalberith 's reply suddenly bumped me. hahaha.
Im on Fiber, Bananapi BPI-R3 plugged to ISP Fiber modem and act as main router. My PC runs Cat6 direct to it.

Fiber as GPON? Or Fiber as Ethernet? PPPoE or DHCP? You may need to tweak overhead based on that. Start at 44 (or even 48) and if it works, you can try lowering it.
Anyway, if it isn't AX6000 related, you should probably open a new thread.
Fiber GPON from ISP. I think its PPPoE, ISP remotely locked the modem admin access. I only can change Wifi setting option there, can't even disable DHCP. not much to see.
Im ok without SQM, I can't utilize all 600Mbps bandwidth anyway. only us couple with 2 kids in the house.
OpenWrt SNAPSHOT r21740-0cc1c302b1 / LuCI Master git-22.361.69865-deed682
I have 200/200 Mbps GPON tariff. ONT terminal (ISP's shitty lease router) is kinda hacked and switched in bridge mode (no routing/nat/etc), its LAN1 is connected to AX6000 WAN. AX6000 gets IP through DHCP from ISP.
Installed luci-app-sqm and its deps through LuCi. Entered its menu, selected WAN i/f, set 200 Mbps in kbps range, ticked Enable and applied - and that's all, no special magic from newbie like me
SW/HW offload in Firewall/NAT are disabled (as they are by default). As i read, it is must-have for SQM/QoS.

W/O SQM i got peak speed ~500-800 Mbps for half a second with fast drawback to ~200-220 Mbps and massive latency. After enabling - just limited to ~200 Mbps with stable 3-6 ms.

Hey! Perhaps someone faced a similar problem -
My 2.4 GHz access point is configured in client wifi mode and it does not work as it should, every 20 minutes there is a connection break, the log shows such an entry
wpa_supplicant[1429]: phy0-sta0: CTRL-EVENT-BEACON-LOSS
Maybe someone knows how to fix this. Thank you!
config wifi-iface 'wifinet2'
option device 'radio0'
option mode 'sta'
option network 'wwan'
option dtim_period '1'
We had similar setup, maybe it also depends on ISP network performance. I already get low 2ms latency from my ISP. enabled SQM only increases it.

Hi @jav,
Can you please confirm step 6 "Reboot and setup uboot-env". Do you mean setup uboot-env then reboot?
When I rebooted after performing "ubiformat /dev/mtd9 -y -f /tmp/initramfs-factory.ubi" it seems to have bricked the router. I might have to try the UART
Is it ok for our "snapshot" device to build images with custom app list via Firmware Selector? Seems that checksum of original (uploaded in download section) squashfs image differs from checksum of image built with this service with default app list.

Please refer to the wiki page, that I've udpated to the latest procedure.
But yes, first reboot (to load OpenWrt initramfs-factory) and then set up boot environment for the sysupgrade image you're about to flash in next step.
If you chose the right partition, it should have booted the initramfs image. Things to check:
- Are LEDs blue? Probably it's ok. Try pinging 192.168.1.1 from LAN ports.
- Any traffic in LAN ports?
- If it's bricked, reboot it 6 times to switch over to the OEM image.

kindly help me i am stuck in sysupgrade -n /tmp/squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
below error message come
root@OpenWrt:/tmp# sysupgrade -n /tmp/squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

This is an incorrect validation message, but sysupgrade should go through anyway. It should have rebooted in the sysupgrade image.

You are a champ @jav! I rebooted 6 times and it's back on 192.168.31.1. I'm not too stressed either way, I had the 3.3V USB to TTL ready to go
.
I'll follow the wiki and try again, I must have messed up a step. Maybe I tried to flash the wrong image? I'll download everything again and give it another go.
I'm quite surprised it was so easily to bring it back, I was expecting to have to resort to using the UART. That is good to know.

I follow wiki step to install openwrt

In snapshot images LuCI isn't included, so you'll need it to install it manually.

Just installed following the wiki. I did this from windows. Ran into some small things which may help others.
After one of the restarts the ip changed to 192.168.1.1 I also had to switch my cable from the wan port to one of the lan ports?
To be very noob friendly it could be helpful to include the scp command at each step.
I initially had trouble sshing in without a password. I had to use passwd to set it in telnet. This may be a windows issue.
For the uboot section it took me a while to find the files. A link or a table of downloads like in the stock section could be helpful.
Otherwise the guide was very helpful so thanks for setting that up
