no, you have to wait until the git PR posted two weeks ago gets merged, it could take months, if you're unlucky.
And then you have to do your part of the development, providing a tested PR to add support for this device based on the ipq50xx target. But based on this thread, I don't think you have identified what this development entails at this point - mix- and matching binary components of the OEM firmware is not involved in this.
Cool, another thing that won't get you any closer to Openwrt.
