Add multiple wpa-psk passwords with the same ssid

Hi,
hostapd supports multiple PSKs with the same ssid, the PSKs can go into a separate file and be tied to specific mac address or vlan id, is this possible under the openwrt environment?

You would need to use WPA2-Enterprise to enable this type of functionality. WAP2 Personal does not support multiple passwords on a single SSID, and there is no mechanism to steer devices to specific VLANs without using WPA2-Enterprise.
