Access to command denied by ACL

Im trying to generate a wireguard peer, but get an ACL error when trying to generate the QR code:

Unable to generate QR code: Access to command denied by ACL

I have installed qrencode in the past (on a different router, mind you) and it worked straight out of the box, no ACL changes required..

How do I grant the required permissions to get this working?

Nothing..

However, I have noticed that if I open the browser in incognito it works fine, so much be some sort of caching issue..
