Is there any way to access the bgw320 page when it is in ip passthrough mode. I have my nano pi R6S connected to it. I know there’s a solution to change the subnet of the bgw320 or the router but is there an alternative to that?
You must have different subnets on LANs of both devices.
The actual access is definitely possible, we discussed this several times, please use search.
Oh ok. I just thought there could be an alternative way. Maybe a firewall rule to allow something like this. I’m just not used to this whole IP PASSTHROUGH thing. I was on cable before and bridge mode was just straight forward. Another thing I notice is that in openwrt gui. I see two wan ips. One ip is the bgw320 device ip listed as wan and the other ip is the public ip handed to the nanopi R6S as wan. MAC address of both the wan connections displayed is the MAC addr of the bgw320. Is that normal for ip pass through?
Leave gateway to .1 default. Switch your lan to .2, .10, or anything else. The gateway can/will reset on you to defaults so don't waste your time.
