About load average

Hello,

I am currently using a 4 core processor (4C4T) to run LEDE.

Is that means if the load average is below 4.0, then the load is fine?

Also I want to know if the case is same for X86/ARM？ For example, if running on a processor with 2 cores, then load average below 2.0 is fine, no matter X86 or ARM?
