A good modern NAS router

Just an update:

I'm still trying to get this to work since everything is very expensive or affected by shortages. The wifi did not work at all but last night, I found a firmware file brcmfmac43456-sdio.bin that allows me to use the onboard wifi module now, even if it is weak. The wifi is located here https://pine64.com/product/rockpro64-1x1-dual-band-wifi-802-11ac-bluetooth-5-0-module and It may not be strong enough to meet my needs and I can't find any other wifi like it. I'd really like a wifi with external antennas so I can hook up my amplifiers and yagi to it because I enjoy currently using my wifi down the street. Know of anything that is better?

The current step/issue I am currently working on is getting a secondary USB or PCI nic up and running to act as the WAN. I'm trying to use one of my USB-C ethernet hubs, (aukey CB-C89 https://www.newegg.com/p/0J2-005J-00016), (QGeeM HC0801, sorry I cant find it online. https://www.ebay.com/itm/154693466795) or my Killer E2100 pcie card. Do you know of any good USB Nics or should I use the PCI slot for this operation?

The last issue will be hooking up the 3 HDDs. Depending on how the previous 2 issues go, I may either get a PCI USB3 card or a USB3 hub to plug in all of my hard drives. I will try using UUID mounts instead to prevent things from resetting if I make it to this step.
