802.11s with google pucks

See Dhcp to central router and vlan tagging

I couldn't reply since thread was closed. Thanks @psherman the changes worked! Sorry for late response I was in India. I've added my other two SSID's and all are pulling from correct dhcp pool now.

My next step is to convert my other two google pucks and setup 802.11s since they are not wired.

Do I need to do anything to my main wired unit, or each main wifi interface will remain as AP only and the non-wired mesh units I just set same SSIDs to 802.11s?

From this guide it looks like I just set the wifi interface to mesh but wasn't sure if this was a single setting or per SSID (and if the main unit needs any config). Also my clients are using radio0, should I set 802.11s to radio1?

Thanks in advance!

I got the basics working with the mesh0 interface after a lot of trial and error and now I can ping/ssh to the mesh device. Now working on vlans/gre over the mesh following OneMarkFifty's channel.
