6/6e Access point recommendations

I am looking for a good wifi 6/6e access point, I would prefer a dedicated access point but am not afraid to turn a router into a dumbap with openwrt

I want the device to be capable of openwrt
I want the device to have a solid range on all networks
If recommended device can’t run openwrt, I want an intuitive UI

House is around 1500 square feet basement and main floor, mostly open floor plan on main floor. Entirely open floor plan in basement for now.

My network includes;
Raspberry pi running openwrt, Edgerouter x running openwrt as a vlan aware switch, Linksys gs108 dumb switch.

All devices in home are at least wireless ac capable
