5GHz network is slow Redmi AX6000

hi,
I have openWRT installed on Redmi AX6000 (Kernel Version 5.15.150)
I'm getting a good performance on the 2.4GHz network (aournd 180Mbps download speed)

phy0-ap0 ESSID: "network_24g"
          Access Point: DE:05:C3:99:33:2C
Mode: Master Channel: 12 (2.467 GHz) HT Mode: HT40
          Center Channel 1: 10 2: unknown
          Tx-Power: 20 dBm Link Quality: 67/70
Signal: -43 dBm Noise: -91 dBm
          Bit Rate: 270.0 MBit/s

          TX power offset: none
          Frequency offset: none

but on the 5GHz I'm getting a very slow connection, constant of 20Mbps, regardless what are the settings.

I had Linksys WRT3200ACM on the same network which I got on the 5GHz 550Mbps and more.

what might be the issue?

You disabled AX?
Should read

Mode: Master Channel: 116 (5.580 GHz) HT Mode: HE80

yes. I tried AX and AC. both got the same (very slow) speed.

Would be nice to see iwinfo with client connected to that 5ghz

sure

Enable WMM, and never ever play with unknown checkboxes.
