4G LTE Module @ TP-LINK (Archers, MR, AC's series) interact through dev/ttyUSBX?

Hello, I have a question for owners thiers devices.
All these TP-Link series include an LTE module for mobile network connectivity. Do these modems provide a /dev/ttyUSBX device for interacting with their UART port, or is it impossible to use AT commands through a C application?
So, can i use AT commands and for example send SMS through it?

They do, but that has nothing to do with UART.
If you don't see the TTYs, start from running
cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices

Typically at least one of the TTYs can be used as AT Command Port.
