[25.12-SNAPSHOT] Packages: Backporting PRs from master

What is the procedure for getting important PRs on master into 25.12?

For example without https://github.com/openwrt/packages/pull/28073, PostgreSQL on 25.12 will not be able initialize a new install - only existing database will(may) work.

Also, now that everything has forked, what is acceptable for backports and what is not?

So far 25.12 is pretty identical to master, and there are no releases made from it, yet. So, backporting fixes via cherry-pick PRs is quite ok.
