This build change default CPU frequency of IPQ5018 from 1.008 to 1.3 Ghz
IPQ5018 is heavy dependant from CPU power as NSS offload do not work on vanilla OpenWrt. Also WiFi driver ath11k benefit from new clock cycles.
Why 1.3Ghz ? This frequency was tested by me in Zyxel scr50axe and also QSDK source claim it as base clock of never seen IPQ5019.

WARNING:
Since CPU clock is changed on boot before recovery kick in be prepare to use UART if your device boot loop.
