24.10.0: bananapi r2 serial console not usable

Bananapi R2 here, image from firmware selector
I booted the sdcard image 24.10.0 under serial console control and found after successful boot no more output after "vcamaf: disabling", also keyboard not working.
Web ui ist usable and reports the new version.
Same behaviour after transferring the system to emmc.
That means, the serial console is working until boot menu, but after booting of openwrt the console is not usable. Bootlog as follows:
